Qontevo accepts returns of new and unused merchandise within 30 days of the date shipped, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. To return item(s) purchased through qontevo.com, item(s) must be in the condition you received them. Qontevo does not accept returns of merchandise that has been used or otherwise altered in any way. If items are returned with missing accessories, the refund will be less 25%.

Please keep all original packaging while processing a return. No returns/refunds will be granted after 30 days from the date of shipping. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days of the return arriving to Qontevo. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
