FAQ's

Neoprene: We use thicker neoprene for our bags. A couple extra millimeters can make a big difference in temperature. With the belief that lunch should stay insulated, our neoprene is non-toxic and more dense than the typical lunch bags on the market. No one likes a lukewarm lunch, so ours stay cold up to 6 hours, even longer with an ice pack thrown in.

Lining: Our water-resistant lining is coated polyester, not stiff plastic, giving a softer, more pliable feel. This gives versatility to our bags; they are not limited to just being a lunch bag.

Quality: We don’t cut corners with the construction of our bags. Typical lunch bags have a connecting seam, revealing the full stitched line. We feel like a turn-and-sew seam, like what a designer handbag would have, ensures longer wear and seams that don’t pop and create holes.

Zippers: We only use metal zippers or waterproof seal zippers, depending on the bag. We found that plastic zippers didn’t add the zipper longevity we standardized for our bags.

Washing instructions: Accidents happen, thankfully our bags are easy to clean. Spot clean with mild soap and cold water. For stubborn stains, use a spot detergent cleaner and gently press with a soft cloth. Always avoid harsh rubbing. Lay flat or hang dry. Do not let your bag fold over while drying to avoid creasing.
