ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days.
SHIPPING DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once shipped, U.S. orders are generally received within 2-4 business days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Qontevo cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number.

We currently do not offer International shipping.
DELIVERY / DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT / STOLEN PACKAGES
If there is no one present to receive your package, it will still be left at your house. Qontevo cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Qontevo is not responsible for stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, packages damaged by the carrier during transit, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the carrier as Qontevo is not responsible for package(s) once it is in the hands of the USPS or UPS. Any order that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, or otherwise unclaimed will be treated as a return.
